Thought it would be useful to share the features of zendone that I like the most, and set it apart from its competitors.
The task workflow is excellent. The Do View is a great part of this, as it only shows things I could be working on next - that is next actions, due or overdue calendar items and deferred items which have started. Its great to have a view where every item is one I could work on. There's no need for me to apply a mental filter to exclude items that aren't actionable. This is in contrast to other to do systems, even ones which claim to be GTD. They so often show all the actions for a project, rather than just the next action.
There's two aspects of this that are really key to me. The first is that all my information is in one place. Having all the task notes in Evernote is great - as I will pick it up with an evernote search. It means I can put the information where it makes most sense - either as a stand-alone note that I link to from the task, or as a quick note on the task. In both cases I'll be able to find the information when I search evernote.
The second is using Evernote as the way to capture new tasks. Evernote is great at this, as I can get information into it in so many ways - the Outlook plugin for my work email, the web clipper, photos on my phone. Zendone's process view really nicely complements this, turning Evernote into a great inbox tool.
My todo list is critical to my daily work. I've got a large number of tasks and projects I need to keep track of, so am using my todo list a lot during the day. It is therefore important to know that the developers are there to help resolve issues when they occur and listen to the feedback of their users. In both of these, the zendone developers are great - giving me a huge boost of confidence that I can rely on the product.
